Savminter was established in 2004 as an importer of Russian made ammunition, but quickly found ourselves in a position where they needed soviet-made rifles to be sold on the Canadian market to distribute 7.62×39, 7.62×54 and 7.62×25 ammo. We found distributors in Ex-USSR countries who were interested in selling those rifles to Canada. At first, we brokered the deals for Canadian wholesalers and later we started importing rifles, such as SKS, Mosin and SVT 40 ourselves.

Today, Savminter is well established in Canada, with divisions of wholesale, military sales, and online retail sales.

To best serve the needs of Canadians, Savminter has established a team that is experienced and aware of the requirements of the Canadian marketplace. We have established partnerships with American companies, such as Armscor Ammunition, ATI Gun Stocks and Rock Solid Industries (RSI), to be more versatile on the Canadian market.

Our Dealers network is growing across the country, with representation in every province in Canada. We have over 100 stores nationwide who buy from us. If a store in your town does not sell our items, tell them to contact us. No store is too big, or too small for us.

We offer the best selection of exclusive firearms in the industry. We partner with our manufacturers to create special make-up firearms that have enhanced features not available in their normal catalogs. All firearms carry a full manufacturer warranty and each one is designed to make money for you and offer something different to your customers.
